PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia (IMFI), a subsidiary of PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS), has further strengthened its funding portfolio through the signing of a Fixed Loan Facility Agreement with PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (OK Bank), valued at IDR 200 billion. The agreement signing ceremony was held at Indomobil Tower, Jakarta, on June 29, 2026, and was attended by Mr. Gunawan Efendi and Mr. Edy Handojo Santoso, Executive Board members of PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia, along with representatives of PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk’s management.

Through this partnership, IMFI will utilize the financing facility to support its working capital requirements, in line with the Company’s strategy to maintain healthy and sustainable business growth.
