Rika Mandasari

She completed her undergraduate education at Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung majoring in Accounting. She started her career in 2011 and has held managerial positions in several companies, as a Corporate Finance and Planning (Group) Assistant Manager at PT Indivara Sejahtera Sukses Makmur (2017-2018), and Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Assistant Manager at PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (2018-2020). She then joined PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia (a subsidiary of PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk) as Corporate Finance and Capital Market Department Head in 2020, and Business Analyst Department Head in 2023.

She was appointed as the Corporate Secretary of PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk since December 8, 2023 based on the Circular Resolution of the Board of Directors Number 001/BOD/IMJ/XII/2023.

The duties and responsibilities of the Corporate Secretary are as follows:

1. Monitor the development of the Capital Market, especially the prevailing laws and regulations in the Capital Market.
2. Provide input to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations in the Capital Market sector
3. Assisting the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in the implementation of corporate governance which includes:
   1. Information disclosure to the public, including the availability of information on the Company's Website
   2. Timely submission of reports to the Financial Services Authority
   3. Organization and documentation of the General Meeting of Shareholders
   4. Organization and documentation of meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners
   5. Implementation of company orientation program for the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners
4. As a liaison between the Company and the Company's shareholders, Financial Services Authority, and other stakeholders.
5. Maintain the confidentiality of documents, data and information except in the context of fulfilling obligations in accordance with laws and regulations or otherwise specified in laws and regulations.
