Mr. Bambang Prijono SP, born in 1969, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Director of the Company in June 2024 based on Notarial Deed No. 05 dated 02 July 2024 which was made before Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handari Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He currently also serves as Director or Commissioner in various companies within the lndomobil Group. He started his professional career with lndomobil Group in 1997. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta in 1992 and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from University of Cumbria, UK in 2018.
Willianto Husada

Mr. Willianto Husada, born in 1963, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Director of the Company in June 2024 based on Notarial Deed No. 05 dated 02 July 2024 which was made before Ir. Nanette Cahyanie Handari Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He currently also serves as either Commissioner or Director in various companies within the lndomobil Group. He started his professional career with lndomobil Group in 2006. He obtained his Bachelor Degree of Electrical Engineering from Satya Wacana Christian University, Semarang, in 1987.
Agus Hasan Angga Purawijaya
Independent Commissioner
He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economics from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1980, and Master of Science Degree in Economics and Development Studies from University Indonesia in 1996. Currently he is active in the academic field and serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, Parahyangan Catholic University. He was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company since July 2022.

He has been appointed as a Director and Commissioner of several companies within the Indomobil Group, i.e as President Director of PT Garuda Mataram Motor dan PT Wahana Inti Central Mobilindo (since 2006), Vice President Director PT Hino Motor Sales Indonesia (since 2006), Director PT Nissan Motor Indonesia dan PT Nissan Motor Distribution (since 2007), President Director PT Central Sole Agency dan PT Wahana Wirawan since 2007, President Director PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (since 2011), President Director PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (since 2013), President Director PT CSM Corporatama (since 2014), President Commissioner PT Indomobil Summit Logistics (since 2014) dan Commissioner PT Hino Finance Indonesia (since 2014).

He graduated from Faculty of Economics at Atmajaya University majoring in Accounting in 1994. He started his career as a Supervisor at Prasetio Utomo & Co (Arthur Andersen) (1993-1996), Group Financial Controller at PT Dharmala Intiutama (1996-2001), Head of Internal Audit at PT Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk (2001-2002), and Assistant Finance Director at PT Adhibaladika Agung (2002-2005). He served as Director of the Company in 2013 and since 2016 has been appointed as Vice President Director of the Company until now. He was the CFO of PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia (2008-2012) and later he was appointed as the CEO (2012-2020). Currently, he is serving as the Commissioner of PT Indomobil Ekspres Truk since 2018, Commissioner of PT Indomobil Finance Indonesia since 2020, Commissioner of PT CSM Corporatama since 2021, Commissioner of PT Indomobil Bussan Trucking (Indopenske) since 2022, and President Director of PT Solusi Indomobil Perkasa since 2020.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at California Polytechnic University in 1997 and Master of Business Administration at University of Southern California, Los Angeles, in 2003. He has been appointed as Director of the Company since 2016 based on the results of the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 24 June 2016. He started his career as Sales Person in Penske Motorcars Mercedes Benz, West Covina, California (1996-1998), Marketing, Training & Development Director at House of Imports Mercedes Benz, Buena Park, California (1999-2005), President Director of PT Car and Cars Indonesia (2006-2008), President Director of PT Wolfsburg Auto Indonesia (since 2006), Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PT Garuda Mataram Motor (2009-2015), President Director of PT Garuda Mataram Motor (since 2015), President Director of PT Data Arts Xperience (since 2015), and Director of PT Seino Indomobil Logistics (since 2016). He is also one of the volunteers at Tzu Chi Foundation.

He started his career as General Manager, IT & Marketing Hino Motors Sales Thailand (1984-1988), Managing Director of Hino Motors Sales Malaysia (1998-2002), President Director of Hino Motors Sales Indonesia (2005-2016), supervising as Managing Executive Officer of HML PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia and PT Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia (since 2008), supervising as Managing Executive Officer of Indonesia Region, including PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia, PT Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia, and PT Hino Finance Indonesia (since 2015).
